It’s very difficult for me to launch this crowdfunding campaign, I hesitated a lot. But with no other option left, I felt obliged to face the situation this way, and ask for help.

My name is Ahmad. I’m raising funds for my mother, who lives in South Lebanon and is now facing a serious health situation. Last year, she was diagnosed with a tumor in her lung and underwent surgery in November. At the time, the operation was successful and doctors believed the cancer was gone.

Unfortunately, we have now learned that a new tumor has appeared, as the doctor said, it is a recurrent tumor with larger dimensions, affecting her lungs, esophagus, and respiratory system.

She has no health insurance, no social security, and no access to affordable medical care.

I currently live in France, waiting for my residency papers to be finalized. I am not yet allowed to work or support her financially, and I’m doing everything I can from afar.

We urgently need support to help her access:

Medical imaging and diagnostic scans

Specialist consultations and follow-up care

Treatment or surgery depending on results
