Jeff’s Journey to Recovery
Donation protected
On December 12th, my dad, Jeff Gayral, suffered an unexpected hemorrhagic stroke that has significantly impacted his vision. He was initially transferred from Astoria to an ICU in Portland, where doctors are currently working to stabilize his condition.
While we remain hopeful that his health will improve over time, the effects of the stroke will disrupt his ability to work and his overall livelihood. Once he is out of the hospital, he will be facing a long road to recovery, requiring continuous care and time away from work. In addition, he will likely need to find a new living situation that provides the support and assistance he needs during this challenging period.
My dad has always been fiercely independent—a provider, a hard worker, and someone I could always count on. He’s given so much to support me throughout my life, and now, I’m asking for help to support him in his time of greatest need.
This GoFundMe will go toward covering medical expenses, rehabilitation costs, and helping him transition into a new chapter of his life with the care and support he requires. Any amount you can contribute will make a difference and mean the world to us. Thank you so much for your generosity and for keeping my dad in your thoughts.
