I am taking part in a white collar boxing event to raise money for a local mental health charity. Please donate anything you can to help people who suffer on a daily basis.
Y suffer in silence support mental health and well being within the North East.
They are a free service and our Charity is built on all volunteers.
They offer 1-2-1, group and telephone support.
Their services offer an emotional reflective listening support and a person centred counselling service.They are launching a new part to our service
This will be called TEENS an under 16 support service
Teenagers Expressing an Emotional Need for Support.
This will be a face to face reflective emotional listening service.
A local charity like this is needed in my local area and this is something that is close to my heart.
