After more than a decade of dedication, precision, and the kind of humour that only someone who’s spent ten years surrounded by microscopes and mystery specimens could develop, we are (begrudgingly) saying goodbye to our fantastic colleague and friend, Joe. He's off to Germany to start a new chapter—and while we’re excited for him, we’re also trying not to imagine the chaos of the lab without his calm presence and encyclopaedic knowledge of where things actually live in the hub room...
From calmly troubleshooting the unfixable, to knowing exactly how to make the analysers behave (mostly by glaring at it), Joe has been a cornerstone of the team. Germany’s gain is most definitely our loss—but we wish him all the luck, beer, and bratwurst his new adventure can offer.
If you'd like to contribute towards a leaving gift to help send Joe off in style (or at least with something more memorable than a pipette), please speak to any of the Path IT or Transformation team.
