HELP MY FAMILY IN UKRAINE

As many of you know, Ukraine has been brutally attacked by Russia. I ask you to educate yourself on what is happening over there and understand how serious this issue is. As days go by, we see less and less information about Ukraine; I am here to tell you that it is only getting worse. As night falls, thousands of civilians take shelter as airplanes, bombs, and army forces destroy their cities. I know this is hard for some people to imagine, especially when you are able to sleep in your bed peacefully. It is hard to imagine a life full of war when you have not experienced it. I am here to tell you now their reality does not include a comfortable bed and a roof over their head. Their reality includes shelters, a few blankets, food, and thousands of terrified people lying all around one another.

My family lives in Kyiv, Ukraine; many of you know that this is the capital and one of the first places that were attacked. I will list their names below:

Bogdan, Valeria, Anna, Stas and Iryna

Iryna Zarutska: 19 years old, a fantastic artist. She restores historical buildings and artifacts.

Valeria Zarutska: 15 years old, she went to early college and wants to see the world. She loves making Tik Tok videos and Tai boxing.

Bogdan Zarutsky: 14 years old, he enjoys playing video games, playing soccer, and boxing! He is a very happy boy.

Stas Zarustky: Is a construction worker who provides for his beautiful family, recently was enlisted to dig trenches for the Ukrainian military.

Anna Zarustka: She is very talented, she kits and crochets and has won a few competitions for it. Along with that, she stays at home to take care of her kids and family.

They love animals; in fact, they have five cats that the kids picked up from the street, their mom couldn't say no.

My family and I thank you, the money you donate will pay for travel, food, water, and shelter. We are still waiting on America to open its arms for refugees to come in, and once they can come, your help will pay for their plane ticket.
