Lost Everything in House Fire

On May 2nd, 2018 tragedy struck for our family. We lost our home in a fire that started in the neighborhood and ultimately ended up destroying 10 homes before it was put out.
Thanks to the efforts of the Fairfax County Fire Department and other local departments that assisted, everyone in the neighborhood was able to leave escaped physically unharmed from the fire.
Unfortunately, we lost our home, our beloved family pet of 10 years, and all of our possessions. The fire destroyed all of our important documents, family pictures taken in Korea from when my siblings and I were children and we lost many items of immeasurable sentimental value to us that will never be able to be replaced. In addition, our insurance policy was expired so we cannot recieve any sort of compensation from our insurance company for losing our home and possessions.
But none of that compares to how we lost a family member in the fire as well. Biscuit was a wonderful, charming dog with the most unique personality who was taken from us too soon.
If you can, please help my family recover from this tragedy. Anything would be much appreciated and even sharing this fundraiser would make an incredible difference for us, thank you.
