Help Jasmine get a service dog
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jasmine. I am 19 years old, and I suffer from PTSD and Non-epileptic seizures. My seizures started in the final months of high school. I was fainting and seizing every day during class and my attendance and grades started to plummet. Luckily, I was a straight A student, and I was able to pass. I then tried to attend college, despite my condition. I couldn't keep up. I was always behind, tired, in pain, and having flashbacks almost every night. I was fainting on an average of 20 times a day, convulsing from seizures, and dropping from where I stood at random moments. I now have to use a wheelchair when I am forced to leave the house, as I can't walk for long periods. I fall and hurt myself all the time, with me recently hurting my back from convulsing. I'm stuck living with my father as I can't work or go to school now. My safety is always at stake. Luckily, I still have some hope. I've been recommended a service dog by my psychiatrist. A service dog would greatly improve my life by protecting me when I have a seizure and helping me with the aftermath. I could start walking with them to gain strength and eventually get a job or go back to school with the dog's support. Changing my life for the better. This GoFundMe will help me buy and train a seizure response dog. Please help.
