Support Our Mom's Stroke Recovery Journey

Donation protected
On August 6th, our mom had a hemorrhagic stroke that caused a brain bleed, significant weakness on her left side, and changes in her speech. She was taken to the ICU and has remained there as the medical team works to stabilize her and monitor for complications.

Right now, we’re taking things day by day. We don’t have all the answers yet, but we do know this will be a long road—physically, emotionally, and financially.

She’s currently in the ICU and may be there for at least another week. After that, she will likely need time in an inpatient rehab unit, but nothing is guaranteed yet. We’re waiting, hoping, and doing our best to keep up with everything at home and at the hospital.

Our dad has been with her nearly around the clock, and the eight of us daughters are doing what we can to support them both—taking shifts at the hospital, helping at home, and handling the chaos that comes with a sudden medical crisis.

How these funds will help:
• Covering food, gas, and basic daily needs while our dad is with her
• Helping with household bills during this time they’re without steady income
• Preparing for next steps in recovery, whatever that may look like

We’re doing everything we can as a family, but we could use a little extra help. If you’re able to contribute or share this fundraiser, we’re incredibly grateful.

Every dollar helps, and every kind message or share means the world right now.

Thank you so much for showing up for our mom and our family.
