I am the daughter of Leon and Carolyn. I created this GoFund Me page for my mother and father who have experienced a total loss of their home and one of their vehicles. All funds raised will be distributed to my mother and father to supplement needs that are not fully covered by insurance or other sources of aid.

In 1987, my parents purchased their one and only home on Devirian Place in Altadena, CA. For over 37 years, my parents lived in their beloved home. Devirian was meant to be their forever home.

On January 8, 2025, at approximately 4:00 AM, my parents received an alert telling them to evacuate NOW. The electricity in their home was out and smoke was beginning to fill the air. In a panic, my mother and father quickly grabbed a few items and rushed out the door. They made it to safety but they quickly learned from family members, almost all of Devirian was destroyed by the Eaton Fire.

My mother is 71 yrs old and my father turned 77 yrs old this December. They are now consumed by the grief of losing their home.
