Helping Hand

all right so I am out of surgery . my right hand was successfully amputated. They've got me on a 23 hour hold but I should be back in my apartment tomorrow . Hello everybody! I got my first medical bill today and the first thing to go through my head was "How do I start a GoFundMe account?" As you might know I was involved in a freak accident that cause the blood clot to form in my hand and it has created some severe permanent damage. My spirits are high, my surgeon told me I would be able to practice again. Luckily I am with a hand surgeon group from Louisville who is the best in the world. Despite the severity of the injury they have hope for me and a plan. I am one hundred percent on board and this is not going to define my life. I've gotten so much support from all of you! Thank you so much! Ps... to avoid graphic pictures I put one up of a photo taken when the injury first occurred. The damage is much more severe at this point and I'm going to definitely lose most of my hand there's no going around that. I'm just posting that because a lot of people were excited that I get my hand when in fact that's not the case
