Esto no me resulta fácil, pero no me queda de otra.
Me llamo Paula Napi, tengo 23 años y llevo 5 viviendo en España. Vine a estudiar y he estado residiendo con el NIE de Estudiante con el que me ha sido imposible trabajar a lo largo de estos años debido a todas las trabas administrativas y de extranjería. Además de que en los últimos años la situación económica de mis padres empeoró considerablemente debido a problemas de salud de ambos que les ha impedido trabajar y poder mantenerme aquí a duras penas. Para ellos su prioridad siempre ha sido que yo pueda seguir estudiando para poder tener un futuro mejor que el que ellos tuvieron, por eso cuando me dijeron que hiciera un master, no pude decirles que no.
En principio constaba 2500 euros y como el año anterior me habían dado la beca, sigo en las mismas condiciones por lo que era muy posible que me la volvieran a dar. Pues no, solo no me dieron la beca, sino que desde 2016, según el Decreto 83/2016, de 9 de agosto, del Consejo de Gobierno, por el que se establecen los precios públicos por estudios universitarios conducentes a títulos oficiales y servicios de naturaleza académica en las universidades públicas de la Comunidad de Madrid, los estudiantes que no tienen la residencia comunitaria tienen que pagar el doble de la matrícula de master y el cuádruple de la matrícula de grado, por lo que en vez de 2500 euros tengo que pagar 5000 y de todo esto me enteré en junio.
La razón por la que me denegaron la beca es que según el ministerio no tengo medios económicos suficientes para mantener mi residencia por lo que me deniegan la beca. Literalmente me la deniegan por ser demasiado pobre, surrealista. Presenté el recurso, pero no me han respondido y hay muy pocas posibilidades de que me la concedan, y en este tiempo me han cancelado la matricula impidiéndome poder tener acceso al campus y sin poder presentar el trabajo de fin de master. Mi última oportunidad de presentar el trabajo es en septiembre, pero tampoco podré hacerlo si continúo con la matricula cancelada, de lo contrario tendría que volver a matricularme para lo cual tendría que pagar los 5000 euros actuales a los que se le sumaría los 1600 euros de segunda matricula del TFM que cuenta como dos asignaturas.
Para mis padres es imposible hacer frente a semejante cantidad en tan poco tiempo y para mí también dado que no tengo trabajo me ha sido imposible conseguir un préstamo dado que no tengo medios económicos. Por eso pido a toda persona que quiera y pueda ayudarme, con un euro, con cinco, con lo que sea. Cualquier ayuda es bienvenida y yo lo agradeceré eternamente. A mis padres les dolerá mucho que no pueda terminar y más cuando solo me queda por presentar es el TFM. Sé que habrá quien no lo considere importante, pero mis padres han trabajado mucho y han sufrido sangre, sudor y lágrimas para mantenerme en España para que ahora me vuelva con las manos vacías.
