Devora is a 51-year-old mother of two daughters who has spent her entire adult life battling unimaginable health challenges. In 2000, at just 26, Devora was flown from Israel to the U.S. in a coma to undergo a life-saving liver transplant. Though the surgery saved her life, it marked the beginning of a lifelong struggle. Her first husband left her and their 5-year-old daughter because of her illness, forcing Devora to fight not only for her health but also to provide for her child alone.

Despite constant illness, Devora worked hard, raised her daughter, and even found love again, later giving birth to her second daughter. But life was relentless. Her health deteriorated after the birth, and her immune system weakened to the point where she could no longer hold a regular job. Determined to survive, she worked from home to support her family as best she could.

In the past four years, her suffering has intensified. She underwent radiation for a liver lesion, then kidney radiation, and now faces yet another terrifying diagnosis: thrombosis of the portal vein in her liver and an aneurysm in her spleen. She is scheduled for a critical embolization procedure on May 14.

Because we could not find the payment the embolization is postponed to the June 4, as well as the physical condition of Devora is being worsened .

This courageous person health has drained every bit of her savings. She is now completely overwhelmed—unable to cover her medical expenses or even basic bills. Her days are filled with constant pain, her legs swollen and making it hard to walk or care for her home.
