Help Nova get surgery

Hey guys! My name is Yana and my sister needs help getting her fur baby, Casanova, surgery. Nova had a freak accident jumping off a bed and fully tore what is equivalent to his ACL. We have the option of this TPLO surgery or amputation of his hind leg. He’s 10 years old and we’d much rather him keep all his legs. Anything helps and we appreciate it so much! Nova has been a rock for my sister and we’d give the world for him.
