My name is Lauren Garlovsky, and I am raising money for my sweet friend's 4 year old daughter, Zoe Andrea Nicolaz Davidson. Zoe was diagnosed on February 5, 2016 with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoblastic B Cell Lymphoma.
This type of childhood cancer has a good prognosis, but the treatment plan for Zoe is almost unbearable. She will be required to endure more than two years of frequent chemotherapy in order to get this disease out of her system. The potential long term side effects, and care required, are also devastating.
During the process of treating this disease, my friend will be required to be on leave from her job and focus on the care of her daughter. She also runs her own company, and many of that company's projects will have to be placed on hold at this time.
The money you give will be used to cover rising medical costs, and give Sarah the opportunity to go through this struggle at her child's side rather than at work.
My friend, Sarah, has helped so many in her community during her teaching carrer. She always lends a hand and sometimes a truck and many hands. It is time to show our love and support by creating a nest egg for her family to lean on as their means are challenged. No one is prepared for their child to get cancer at age 4. Zoe is a vibrant, sweet, adorable, loving child. Please help her family to handle this challenge with a little more ease. The feeling of being supported by a greater community will help so much. Many of us would feel helpless in a situation of this nature. Every gift you give provides a sense of support that words can not measure.
The gratitute will be shared from her family and friends, including myself, to you, the giver, for helping a family in a tragic situation they did not bring upon themselves.
