Liver Failure

My sister n law is in liver failure, stage 4. Needs a transplant.  She is a mother of 3 young kids, a wife to a man that just started a new job but now can't go because he has to be home with the kids when not at the hospital with his wife. They don't live near immediate family. Rent is due plus regular monthly bills to survive in his house with his family. Any bit of help is very grateful even if all you can give is prayers.
