The Passing of MIMI has impacted the lives of not just her family but the entire community that she has been involved with. She had friends everywhere she went and her loving and caring personality always shined bright. Her role in raising and being apart of her Children and Grandchildren’s lives was her greatest Joy. To say she will be missed is a massive understatement. Her life as well as her family’s life has been deep rooted in the City of Jersey Village. What better way to commemorate her than a Memorial. The Children and Grandchildren of Gail Stepp (MIMI) would like to do a Memorial in Memory of MIMI in Jersey Village to last Generations to come as a symbol of the impact she had on everyone.
