This is very hard for me to do and is very humbling but I have to put my pride aside for my family. At the end of April I reinjured my left shoulder putting me out of work 2 weeks later when I couldn't take the pain anymore. I had a full thickness tear of my rotator cuff, labrum, a ruptured bicep tendon and arthritis in my ac joint and shoulder. Ive been out of work since mid may and I didnt receive a short term disability check until this past Friday of only $315. Im behind on my bills most importantly my rent and need help to pay it as my rent is $1800 a month plus the late fees. If we weren't about to be evicted I wouldn't ask for help. Had I not been sidelined from work we would be fine but my family is suffering cause I can't work and make ends meet. Please if you can help our family would greatly appreciate it. Ive never had to ask for help like this before but im checking my pride so my family doesnt get put out in the street. Thank you and please keep is in your prayers. LRB
