Mount Kisco Little League 12U Travel Team - Cooperstown Fund
Starting at T-ball, our boys have dreamt of competing in the great American sport of baseball at the Major League level. They hope to be the winning pitcher in the big game, to steal that important base at just the right moment, to hit the winning home run. In their minds, they see it clear as day and aspire to be the hero at that winning moment. While so very few athletes will ever have a Major League moment like that, what is attainable for a select group of boys in Mount Kisco, is the opportunity to play a 4 day baseball tournament in the summer of 2016, near Cooperstown, NY. Each of these boys have shown a high degree of commitment to the game, through many years of hard work at the recreational and travel level, and have already earned a place at the tournament. All that is missing now are the funds to get them there.
Our goal is to raise $15,000 for our boys and coaches which covers their registrations fees. It will help offset a portion of the individual cost each family will need to contribute. Each player and family recognizes this sum as a substantial financial commitment.
