Daniel's Funeral Expenses

Dear family and friends,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the death of Mr. Daniel Carela Sr (my sister Judy's father-in-law). For those of you that knew him know he was a fighter. Mr. Carela fought till the very end his battle against cancer.
Mr. Carela was a loving father, amazing father-in-law, and a caring grandfather. He was an exemplary man who showed love to all those he would come in contact with, whether he had known you for years or if he just met you that day. His family was always first and he made sure to never miss a birthday of a loved one. He was very involved with his grand-children's lives, coming to see them in taekwondo, soccer and baseball games. He leaves an immense hole in all of our hearts that will never be replaced.
As you can imagine, our family was not at all prepared to lose him, nor for the financial burden that comes along with a proper funeral service and burial. That is why I am reaching out to you in hopes that you’ll show your love and support.
We want to give him the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help my sister and her family cover the cost of Mr. Carela's funeral. If you could also share this we would greatly appreciate it.

Con gran pesar les anunció la muerte del Sr. Daniel Carela (el suegro de mi hermana Judy). Para aquellos de ustedes que lo conocieron, saben que él era un luchador. El Sr. Carela luchó hasta el final su batalla contra el cáncer.
El Sr. Carela era un padre amoroso, un suegro increíble y un abuelo cariñoso. Era un hombre ejemplar que mostraba amor por todos aquellos con los que conocía, tanto si te conocía desde hacía años como si te acababa de conocer. Su familia siempre fue lo primero para él y se aseguró de no perderse nunca el cumpleaños de un ser querido. Estuvo muy involucrado con la vida de sus nietos, viniendo a verlos en taekwondo, fútbol y béisbol. Deja un inmenso agujero en todos nuestros corazones que nunca será reemplazado.
Como pueden imaginar, nuestra familia no estaba en absoluto preparada para perderlo, ni para la carga financiera que conlleva un funeral y un entierro adecuado. Es por eso que me comunico con ustedes con la esperanza de que demuestre su amor y apoyo. Actualmente solicito donaciones para ayudar a mi hermana y su familia a cubrir el costo del funeral del Sr. Carela.
