Hi, my name is Elio and I'm trying to save up for top surgery after many years of trying to save around life's hurdles. I constantly think about getting ts and it's something that really affects me in terms of dysphoria. I'm hoping to be able to save up and use some of my super to be able to afford surgery hopefully by 2027.
