Hi, my name is Olivia Lynch. My dad, Thomas has been in the care of the staff of Gracefield Ward in Clontarf hospital for the past four months. During this time, we came to know the staff very well as a deep friendship grew between them and my dad. The kindness, caring, compassion and understanding was amazing . We knew going home each night that he was in the best hands . All staff, the medical team, the nursing team, the carers, the catering and cleaners, the social workers, physios and occupational therapists are all amazing people. They are angels here on earth amongst us. As a family we wanted to do something to say thank you to the staff of gracefield ward. So we are asking for donations of any amount , all monies collected will go directly to the staff of gracefield ward. Maybe we can raise enough for them to have a night out . They certainly deserve it and more.
