Supporting Team Palumbi
As many of you may know, CJ Palumbi was recently diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma. This diagnosis and the associated treatment protocol, which is very aggressive in nature, has placed a heavy burden not only on CJ but also on his wife Heather and their three young children (Nico, Luca and Arabella). This burden is both emotionally and financially overwhelming, as CJ will need to focus on his treatment protocol, while at the same time both he and Heather will need to support and focus on raising their three young children. CJ will continue to work when he can and Heather will continue to run her business. We have started this page in an effort to help ease the financial burden for this family. The timing of CJ’s diagnosis has had an adverse effect on his ability to collect any kind of medical benefits. CJ’s wife Heather is also self-employed, having run Dixon’s Dance and Fitness Studio for the past 10 plus years. She does not have access to any medical benefits through her business either.
So far, this wonderful family (Team Palumbi as many of us call them) has been incredibly brave in sharing their story on social media, openly demonstrating the most ideal way to deal with cancer as an entire family. They have included their children in their journey in the most heartwarming ways imaginable (for example, participating in shaving Daddy’s head once his hair began to fall out). So, let’s show Team Palumbi that our Community is behind them 100% and that we will help them to get through this very difficult time.
As mentioned above, the funds raised here will be used to help ease the financial burden for this family. All of the proceeds from this Go Fund Me Page will go directly to The Palumbi Family.
