Please help me save my sister

Hello, my name is Xolani. I'm a nurse by profession, currently feeling powerless, as my 12-year-old sister Nomthandazo has been diagnosed with a rapid growing brain tumour back home in Zimbabwe. Nomthandazo needs urgent surgery and treatment. During this difficult time, I am unable to travel home as I need to provide as much money as I can towards her urgent treatment and care. Anything you could donate would be hugely appreciated... We all love her so dearly. Nomthandazo has so much life ahead of her! I would never forgive myself for not trying as much as possible to ensure she gets the surgery she desperately needs.
