Emergency Moving Fund for my Family

Hello, My name is Michael Pfau and I am in a desperate situation.  I am a Christian, a father with a wife and 2 small children, as well as a teenager getting ready for college.  I live in Denver Colorado, and I have been renting a house for over 7 years.  My landlord has decided that he is going to sell the home and gave us 30 days until he puts it on the market.  In case you haven't heard, since marijuana was legalized in Colorado, the housing market has exploded, and the cost of living has skyrocketed, yet the income has not matched.  This house is worth 200,000, but will likely sell for close to 400,000.  Rent that once was 1200/mo is now 2500/mo, 900 Sq ft. apartments are over 1200/mo.  I am asking for immediate help in order for me to secure a place to live for me and my family.  I am not in a position to purchase a home, only to be tragically upside down when this "gold rush" collapses.  I will be starting college this fall in the Law Enforcement Academy.  I can't fault any homeowner for selling in this current market, however, I am currently on the losing end.  Any help is greatly appreciated, and my promise is to one day pay it forward.  God Bless, and thank your for your kind donation.
