Hello! My name is HalfwayHardcore and I am unfortunately bad at many things, including breathing. My sinuses are messed up and it prevents infection from draining out of my body as well as making breathing more difficult. I have been experiencing intense bouts of sinus pain that come and go, frequent sinus infections, exhaustion from fighting infection, and all sorts of quality of life issues that come from breathing poorly. It kinda totally sucks.

The good news is that there's an option other than traditional surgery. I need a balloon sinuplasty, where essentially a deflated balloon is inserted into my sinus openings and inflated, opening my sinuses back up. This is less traumatic to the body than traditional nose surgery and can be done as an outpatient procedure. I also need to have a polyp removed that is obstructing one of my nasal passageways and get my septum un-deviated. Or whatever you would call un-deviating a septum.

Although a balloon sinuplasty is much cheaper than a traditional surgery, I have a high deductible health plan and will end up paying roughly $8,500 USD in medical expenses. Any help that I can get from the community would be immensely helpful as I work on paying for this procedure. I'm a full time streamer, and I've been able to stream less lately due to infection. It's a weird cycle where I have to stream to pay for the procedure, but I can't stream as much due to the infection that can only be resolved by the procedure.
