John Hosang Medical Equipment Assistance

Friends and colleagues of John Hosang -

We are pleased to let you know that after 4 months in the hospital, John has finally returned home and is getting settled into a new routine as he awaits further treatment. As you may know, John is now paralyzed and adjusting to life in a wheelchair. We are seeking your help to fund a portion of the out-of-pocket costs John is incurring for medical and adaptive equipment. Our target of $36k will pay for John's new wheelchair that is currently being built.

Despite the obstacles John has overcome and the still-challenging path ahead, John remains his usual upbeat, positive self. He and his family are facing the future with optimism and determination.
