My mom Cynthia “Cindy” was hospitalized on Sept 14, 2025, after having a stroke which left her with no mobility on her left body Sept 16th I her daughter wanted my mom to be transferred to a hospital with more technology for her.

My mom was transferred to LVH Muhlenberg doctors were trying to get her blood pressure and heart rate under control then to get my mom closer to home for physical therapy.

Sept 23, I arrived at 7am to spend time with my mom. Cindy was talking with her cousin on the phone around 8:30am my mom became non responsive Doctors prepped her for a MRI and then brought my mom back into her room Dr went over the situation with me and said that your mom has a clot on the right front side of the brain which controls speech & memory and your mom needs surgery at Cedar Crest Hospital.

Cindy arrived at the hospital for surgery which took 13 minutes. Dr was very hopeful that he retrieved the clot and that Cindy will be on a ventilator until they find the right time to try get my mom to breath on her own. They tried twice but both times were not successful.

October 1 - Doctors had a meeting with me and 2 of our cousins which said from all of Cindy’s brain damage from previous strokes she won't be able to fight this one.

Oct 4th Cindy was taken off the ventilation she had I her daughter, cousins and 2 close friends by her side

Oct 5th 11am my mom passed away she was surrounded with I & 2 close friends by her side
