If any of you know our father, you know he is genuinely one of the sweetest, most generous, and hardest working of men. He and our mom have been through a lot with his health over the past several years from two spinal surgeries, rectal cancer last year, and a foot infection this year. Over the past two weeks, he has been found to have a blood infection that has resulted in profound weakness to the point of not being able to get out of bed. In this time, he also had many small strokes. After extensive work up, it was determined that part of his treatment has to include a partial foot amputation. He is not out of the woods yet, but we are hopeful for him to be able to start recovery soon. We also know this will be a long process.

We are asking our communities to support them in prayer, kindness, and if able financially. We are so appreciative of all the love and support we have already received, but with the unknown of rehab, my parents will have a significant financial burden and greatly appreciate any support.
