I finally did get a  new furnace & it works wonderfully. 1 1/2 years ago, I got sick again. This time it's fixable, but I will never return to my old self. I will be alive but unable to function fully. I will need to hire people to do things I always did & enjoyed but can't now. I could always do minor repairs on the house & yard work, but no more. My house is falling apart. I hope to pull the money together & get a contractor to make my home as good as new come spring. In late 2018 I went for a medical screening. I wanted a good letter that said all was fine, but that was not to be. I did not have insurance then, so we put the surgery off until I could get pt. B medicare in place. My income is low, so my funds are depleting faster than I would like. I kept the insurance, but the 144$ a month is indeed a struggle to come up with. I spend $400 or less monthly using what is left for yearly bills. I am single and have no kids/husband to help out. I was barely getting by until the day I got that we have to talk phone call from the doctor. I have cut back on every expense possible.  Any help you could give me would be excellent. I have repairs on the house I should not put off for too many more years. It could be easily 15,000-20,000$ to do the new roof, paint and replace the broken windows. Thank you for listening. Have a nice day
