A friend of mine, Carol Musto, is a single mother. Her daughter Bailey has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Bailey has had multiple surgeries over the course of her life. On Friday, June 26th, Bailey must undergo another operation. The risks and stakes are high. She's in the good hands of Stanford Hospital.

The medical bills have led to a financially distressful situation for Carol. Her current uncovered medical bills and debt are around $10,000.

Bailey is a sweet girl who had been homeschooled most of her life. Recently she fulfilled a dream to attend school in person.  She is a classmate of my son, and attends Livermore Valley Charter Prep. (LVCP).
