Many of you know me as a friend, practitioner, and small business owner. I've spent a lot of time learning how to care for others; right now, I'm learning how to accept care myself.

I'm currently undergoing treatment for a serious and unexpected medical diagnosis (Grade IV Astrocytoma - the most aggressive brain cancer with worst prognosis) that has required surgery and will involve several months of ongoing care. Alongside the physical and emotional work of healing, there are significant medical and living expenses, as well as time away from work.

I'm incredibly grateful for my medical team, my caregivers, and the community that has shown up for me in so many quiet and meaningful ways. So many people have asked how they can help, and after a lot of reflection, I'm sharing this as one way to receive support.
