Fighting my Grade IV glioma

On August 28th, 2024, Brittanie underwent brain surgery to remove a tumor for the second time. The pathology results confirmed the worst case scenario, that the Grade II Diffuse Astrocytoma removed in 2022 had now returned as a highly aggressive Grade IV tumor that had already spread into multiple areas of her brain that control the important functions of daily life.

The funds you provide will help Brittanie continue recovering from her surgery and radiation treatments, as well as two brain bleeds that required hospitalization in October and November 2024. She is working daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to improve her condition. Your funds have also allowed her to pursue treatments at MD Anderson in Houston.
