Our beloved mother, and grandmother Sonia Treminio is currently battling advanced pulmonary fibrosis. Her illness is progressing quickly, and she is now dependent on an oxygen tank, as her lungs are no longer functioning on their own. Not only does this mostly confine her to the walls of her home, but she is also experiencing constant pain, as the machine causes extreme dryness in her lungs, throat, and sinuses. What’s hurting us the most is seeing her miss out on all the things she longs to do. She loves to write poems and songs, sing, dance, and especially spend time with those she loves. But it is getting harder and harder for her to do anything at all. This is the reality she is facing. Despite all this, we have hope. We hope that with your help she can heal.
