Help Support the Griffin Family

Hi, I'm Lindsey and I'm creating this fundraiser for my dear friend Amanda and her family. Amanda's husband, Stephen, was recently diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma (p16 positive). He's been in extreme pain for a few weeks and has been unable to work. He's already had appointments with various doctors, but the process is just beginning.

 

Stephen is proud to work for Brandon Jerkins as a District Manager for Firehouse Subs in the North FL and South GA area. Prior to this endeavor, he spent many years as a chef with Seni Alabi-Isama at multiple restaurants in Statesboro, GA, including the SmoQue Pit. Stephen is the primary breadwinner for their family while Amanda takes ownership of the kids, homeschooling, cooking, cleaning, etc. With Stephen unable to work, their family will need help to make ends meet during this season. Stephen will need chemo and radiation, and they will be responsible for 40% of their medical bills that are already starting to come in. As you can imagine, this battle is not going to be cheap!

 

Amanda is one of the kindest women I've ever known, and her faith is unwavering. She is positive and gentle and extremely caring. She hates to ask for help, but if any family is worthy of help it's the Griffin Family. Please consider partnering with them in whatever way you are able to.
