Headstone for Dannon
Donation protected

Dannon Crews passed away 6 years ago due to complications of HIV/AIDS.
Dannon was truly one of the best people I was lucky enough to call a friend. He brought so much life and joy to this world. His spirit powerful and you felt it any time he was around.
Dannon did many things. He was a fantastic actor and performer, he was an incredible writer, he started his own Karaoke company and entertained literally 1,000s of people.
More than that he was a friend to anyone he met. His smile and laughter will never be forgotten.
It was with much sadness and shock to see that there was only a beat up metal plaque marking where his place of rest exists in Crown Hill Cemetery.
I have heard many stories as to why this is and I'm sure there were valiant efforts to rectify this wrong.
However, after six years, I want to step up and make this right. Dannon deserves this
I have enlisted the help of Flanner Buchanan here in Indianapolis.
The goal is to purchase a 24x16, headstone made of black and grey granite. It will have Dannon's beautiful face etched into it, also the correct spelling of his name, the year of birth and passing.
It will also have his favorite saying carved into the stone.
"Happy Happy, Clapping Clapping"
I'm asking anyone that is willing, or was fortunate enough to know this beautiful soul, to please donate to help with this cause.
Thank you do very much.
