Xuxa’s Cancer treatment

Perhaps I’m a “Plain Jane”, but my best friend of 10 years has an extremely aggressive cancer in her right leg.

When Xuxa had her first surgery to remove her lump it was August 15th. The biopsy came back as grade III mast cell tumor. 3 weeks later I noticed another lump (mass) that became enormous within a few weeks time.

I was told there’s not cure for this.

Knowing this, my life has revolved around making Xuxa feel comfortable, happy, and pain free to the point where it has intervened with my work life/ social life (I don’t care because I love my dog).

All the friends that know me know that it has been extremely hard for me to ask for help…

I feel tiny asking for help when I consider the bigger picture (war and other global issues).

I am grateful for the family and friends I have in life.
