Max the dachshund is in desperate need of surgery for his perineal hernia. We made the mistake of not getting him neutered when he was younger, and now he is suffering the consequences.

Our poor baby Max is constantly crying in pain and cannot go to the bathroom properly. We took him to our local vet to find the source of his illness. We were then told he will need surgery to fix his anal region and be neutered at the same time. The surgery is very expensive and I cannot afford to pay it. As much as I would love to be able to pay anything to save him I live in one of the most expensive cities in California. We are doing everything we can at the moment. Currently he is starting to bleed profusely from his rectum and is constantly crying in pain. 

This is an emergency and I am reaching out to whoever I can for assistance with this.
