Army Dog in Trouble

I am getting medically retired after 7 years and 2 combat tours. I am stationed in Okinawa Japan and my dog will not pass the weight limit on the flight. He is 88lbs and the crate is 25lbs. Anything over 100 lbs all togeather will not fly. It will cost me ballpark $3500 plus handling fees to take Samson with us. Anything will help. We have been exhausting any options but this will leave me in the hole alot. Please help my dog I dont want to give him up he is a part of my family.
