100 Challenge!
Donation protected
We are so grateful to Mr Revans for agreeing to take on a 100km running challenge to raise money for our school. He is due to take part in ‘The Race to the Stones’, a 100km ultramarathon along the ancient Ridgeway, racing towards the 5000 year old Avebury Standing Stones. Last year he completed it over 2 days with an overnight break but this year he is attempting the ultimate challenge of the non-stop option! What an incredible thing to attempt!
To support him, we have challenged each class to come up with their own 100 challenges so we have mini trampolining, Just Dance, laps of the swimming pool and many more!
All the money raised will go directly to our PTFA who are busy with their own challenge of raising a sizeable contribution towards the £34,000 investment we need to make to our IT equipment that we use in teaching every day. All of our interactive teaching boards and the computers that run them need replacing, along with an upgrade to the wi-fi infrastructure to support the newer devices. This is crucial for us in continuing to deliver the high quality and engaging learning.
This is our final fundraising flourish of the year and we’re grateful to Mr Revans for his efforts in supporting us! Please do consider supporting this worthy fundraising effort, every donation counts! Thank you!
