A few weeks ago, severe flooding struck the highlands of Sri Lanka, causing widespread destruction in one of the country’s most beautiful regions. Homes were damaged or destroyed, infrastructure was severely affected, and many families lost their primary source of income.

I had the opportunity to visit Sri Lanka this summer and was warmly hosted by local people I am still in touch with. Some of them work in the tourism industry, which has now completely come to a halt due to unsafe conditions. As a result, many families are currently without any financial support.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used to:

• repair damaged homes and essential infrastructure

• help families cover basic living expenses in the coming weeks

• support recovery efforts within the local community

Important:

All donations will be transferred directly to the affected people, with no organizations or intermediaries involved. I will transfer them to the Hostel named „catch the Ella train hostel“. I know the owner very well he will distribute the money

conscientious.

I personally guarantee that the funds will reach the local Sri Lankan communities in need.
