Help my family with end of life expenses

Donation protected
Update: I wanted to give a updated on what has been happening. My cancer has progressed more then we thought it would have. It caused me to have a infection on my pancreas, which caused me to be on antibiotics and I can’t be on chemotherapy. Even with this chemotherapy the out come wouldn’t have been great. I was in the hospital for 2 1/5 months for this.

Right before I was about to be discharged I started to have problems with my stomach and started to throw up. After test they found I have a bowl obstruction. If I was a normal candidate surgery would be a option. Since my cancer has progressed surgery is off the table. They said they can’t remove the cancer or the obstruction.

Since the hospital couldn’t do anything for me anymore. They put me on hospice, they gave me 3-6 months.  It’s hard for me to say they put me on hospice and knowing I can’t live with a bowl obstruction. My life has been cut down and its hard. Telling my kids was one of the hardest things I had to do. I thought telling them I had cancer was hard, telling them about hospice, bowel obstruction and everything else was even harder. I love my kids so much and I hate seeing them hurt.

We want take the time out to thank everyone who donated and who ever donates. We appreciate everything.

Thank you,
Tammy and Memo

Hello My name is Tammy and my husband is Anselmo (Memo) we didn’t think we will be posting a go fund me page. Lets start from the beginning.
In March of 2019 it all started with a intense abdominal pain. I went to the E.R were they found a mass on my right ovary, that’s all they told me at the time. I would have to have surgery and see if there were anymore. When I had surgery they found out that the tumors had spread to my right and left ovary, uterus, the stomach wall and part of the colon. I had to have a complete hysterectomy and part of the colon removed. If that wasn’t hard to hear the next part was ever worse. The pathology report came back and I was diagnose with stage 4 colon cancer. I didn’t know what to do or how to tell people. The hardest thing I ever had to do was tell my children that I have stage 4 colon cancer.
So for the last two and half years I have been battling colon cancer and I’m still consider stage 4. I have been on 2 different types of chemotherapy drugs and another drug that’s suppose to shrink the tumors. The toll that my body and mind has went through has been rough. My family and I have been keeping a positive outlook. My body has been responding to the treatment and I am thankful for that. But with every good news comes bad. My last CT scans showed growth. I have a tumor on my liver, lung and my other tumors have grown. Since the chemotherapy drugs I’m on now are not working, I have to be put on a new treatment plan. We are hoping this will work and give me more time.
With battling cancer for the last 2 and half years, we have also been battling financially. The cost of treatment even with insurance is expensive. We have been trying to keep up for the last two years but it has become hard and we realize we need help. So my family and I are asking for help. It’s hard to ask for help because that’s how I am.
I want to thank anybody that donates in advance. Just know we appreciate you. Thank you so much.
Thanks again,
Tammy and Memo
