Funeral costs for Joyce McElwaney

Dearest friends and family members,

It is with a heavy heart that we let you know that Joyce McElwaney passed away peacefully on January 6th, 2023. Those who had the luxury of meeting her found her to be a true gem. She was full of stories, wisdom, laughter, and kindness. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, and friend.

We were unaware that her life insurance had lapsed after she had moved homes. After a couple of months of it lapsing she reached out to her life insurance policy holder and asked if they could still continue and they denied her.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help during this time. Know that your kindness is very much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. To honor her wishes, we kindly ask, if you are able to, to donate funds toward her funeral service.
