The Road to 21

Simon and Fergus are embarking on the biggest challenge of their lives yet - The Roc Triathlon, which involves an open water swim, biking 50km, running up Snowdon, biking 50km back, and finishing with a run along the main Abersoch beach. But before they get there, they will be completing other challenges over the course of 8 months

They are doing this challenge to raise money for the charity MIND, which provides information and advice to people with mental health struggles in England and Wales. Mental health is something that affects us all in one way or another, and I want to do my part in making a difference.
