Hey! This GoFundMe is set up by friends of Carter to enable them to undergo top surgery as part of their gender affirming care. :)

The cost of top surgery begins at $10,000.00 AUD, with the overall hospital costs (including anaesthetist fees) hitting $13,881. 

For context, we know Carter does not find asking for anything easy, let alone raising a large enough amount of money to make this surgery attainable. So we just want to make it as accessible as possible to allow them some financial aid towards the process!

Whatever you can contribute, however big or small, to support Carter would be hugely appreciated.

If the target is exceeded, money that doesn’t go towards surgery will go to further supporting gender affirming care with the additional post surgery costs that are typically not factored in.
