He's the man behind the unforgettable meals, the wise voice guiding our cooking adventures, and the passionate advocate for local food. Whether it's feeding a crowd at a celebration or offering a helping hand to those facing food insecurity, Mitch's talents, creativity and generosity knows no bounds.

Now, Mitch is taking a leap of faith to open Feast & FUSION Food Services in Kinmount, ON, starting May 2025. This dream will bring his unique culinary vision to life in a beautiful storefront, multi-use retail space with a professional kitchen and pizza oven. It's a chance for him to share his passion with even more people!
