Angela Houchin Crowe married an amazing man in 1992. Dennis was one of the best things to happen to her, along with her son, Josh and two daughters, Catreena and Caitlyn. They had an amazing life together full of adventure, laughter, and love. Yet in 2006 tragedy struck their family when Dennis died unexpectedly. Angela, a woman with glowing beautiful character, was a widow at just 38 years old. The strong woman she is, my sister dug deep and was the selfless rock her children needed to get them through the struggles of loosing their father. She raised three wonderful children and now has five grandchildren. In 2018 Angela married her new love Gary Crowe. Shortly after her new marriage, she was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of breast cancer. Recently she went through a severe surgery to remove fast growing tumors that do not respond to chemo or radiation. More treatment is needed to address tumors in her lungs and liver. As her little brother and biggest cheerleader, I am optimistic that we can beat this cancer! There is very little research on this rare form of cancer, specifically phyllodes tumors, worldwide. People beat cancer everyday through new research and growing amounts of successful alternative treatments. I am reaching out to family and friends to help me, help my sister beat this cancer, be a survivor and an inspiration to others!!!
