LRDP supports refugee doctors to achieve their goal to continue their medical careers in the NHS, supporting local communities and helping with the struggles of our local medical workforce.

Our doctors bring with them a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience and just want to help by using them. LRDP provides the training and support they need to pass the requirements of the General Medical Council to enable them to practice as doctors in the UK. LRDP offer physical and financial support for training sessions, materials and exam fees to give our members the best opportunity to continue their medical careers and thrive in the UK.
