PLEASE HELP OUR FAMILY.

Hi my name is Wendy Salgado. Its with a heavy heart that I share the unexpected passing of my 22 year old brother Junior Salgado. He recently passed on Monday, July 28 2025. This is a horrific day for me and my family that we will never forget. That Monday afternoon my brother seemed normal, he was so happy as always. Until it turned upside down. He died right beneath me. I will never forget the gasps for air I heard him doing, trying to get his last breaths in before he passed away. I never in a million years expected to see death happen right in front of my eyes. We were told by the medics they have no true answer for the cause of his sudden death. What we were told was that he was found with a condition named cardiomegaly. But, they said they aren’t sure if that had anything to do with his death. It will take months, they said for them to discover what the true cause was. With so many unanswered questions, our family is suffering.

Junior was always someone you would’ve wanted to have around. He always brought laughs and giggles into every room he stepped into. His presence was very loud and noticeable because of the great energy he brought along. He had finally gon back to school to create a better version of himself and build a good career for his future. He was one week away from graduating, but was sadly taken before he could accomplish that. He had so many goals he sadly didn’t get to reach. He talked about future plans with a big smile on his face, but was taken too soon. Along with this, not only was he my older brother but he played the role of a father for me and my siblings due to the fact that our father passed away when we were small and had to be raised by a single mother. He stepped up for us and there was not one moment he let me and my siblings down. I looked up to him but now my role model is gone. Now that he’s gone, it’s my mom’s job to bring us up to light, and pay for a funeral for him.

Moreover, we are originally from Ontario California, and moved to Wisconsin about a year ago. This unexpected death has changed everything. Our family is very devastated and are doing everything we can to bring him back home to Ontario California to be buried, so he can rest in peace where his true home was. This is why we are trying to raise money to make that possible. It would mean the absolute world if you donated and contributed to this donation to help pay for his funeral. Every cent counts, we will be grateful for anything.
