Trying to replace my car

Hello! My name is Harry and I am trying to raise money due to an unfortunate incident. My car was submerged into flash flood waters while parked at home on 8/31/2020 in Raleigh, NC. After speaking with both the body shop and the insurance company, the damage is being valued at almost $11K and the car is being totaled out as a complete loss due to the amount of water that was able to get into the interior and them not wanting to risk long term liability damage. This car is how I was able to travel back and forth between both my jobs in order to make ends meet. I’m not asking for the world, just anything that you can spare so I am able to secure the down payment for another car to get back on the road. I truly appreciate anything that you can give as it would help me out immensely.
