Dear friends, 7 months ago, I was diagnosed with throat cancer of the tongue and tonsil. I have gone through chemo and radiation and spent months on a feeding tube. I am now in recovery but facing overwhelming medical bills. I am 72, live alone, and survive on social security from month to month with very little cushion for unexpected expenses. I have gone through a meager savings, so I am asking for help. I am fighting very hard to stay positive and heal.
